At Medicine Womyn Healing & Apothecary, every offering is handcrafted with intention, using organic and wildcrafted ingredients. Each item is made in small batches with care, prayer, and purpose to support your well-being.

Because of the nature of our apothecary creations, we do not accept returns on herbal remedies, body care products, or aromatherapy blends unless an item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description, and we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

We value your experience. If something doesn’t resonate or meet your needs, please reach out. We’re happy to discuss custom adjustments, exchanges when possible, or ways we can support you better.

Each order is lovingly prepared and packaged by hand in sacred space. We do our best to ensure your healing tools and plant medicines arrive safely and in a timely manner.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. During busier seasons or following a retreat, there may be a slight delay—but we’ll always communicate if your ship date shifts.

Shipping Method

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking is provided upon request—please let us know if you'd like to receive it when your order is on its way.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We do our best to keep rates fair while ensuring your items arrive safe and sound.

Local Pickup

If you’re local to South Burlington, Vermont, and would like to arrange a pickup, please reach out before placing your order to avoid shipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we are not responsible for packages once they leave our hands, we will do everything we can to help track down lost shipments or support you in filing a claim. If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days, including photos, and we’ll find a good path forward—together.
