A quiet descent into the marrow... a day to soften, listen, and slip beneath the surface of the season — into the places where warmth gathers, stories stir, and the bones remember.
As late winter leans toward its thaw, we gather in sacred circle — tending the tender in-between time before the melt, when seeds quicken underground and something unnamed begins to rise. Together we root into connection: with each other, with ourselves, and with the unseen forces that guide us. With the muse who lives in the quiet places. With the wisdom that hums just beneath the frost.
Over our day together, we will move and dance in ways inspired by the rhythms of the natural world — somatic, expressive, and earth-rooted. We’ll nourish ourselves with food crafted for vitality and winter restoration. And we’ll explore folk-medicine wisdom, herbal teachings, and ritual practices that support the bones, the body,…
