Medicine Womyn retreats are a powerful and potent time together when we meet each other with an open heart and open mind.
Nestled on 18 acres of rolling Vermont countryside, The Farmhouse at Sunset Pond offers a cozy, spacious, and beautifully natural setting for our next gathering. This is our first time bringing Medicine Womyn Retreats to this location, and it truly feels like a nourishing home for our work — scenic, serene, and deeply supportive of the inner journey. Directly connected to the Farmhouse is The Essex Resort & Spa, offering gorgeous rooms and access to an award-winning spa. For an additional fee, you are invited to extend your experience: stay the night, unwind in the spa, and give yourself time to integrate all the magick of the retreat. Come for the day… or make it a full weekend of rest, renewal, and sisterhood.

Our amazing staff will be ready to receive you as you arrive between 9:45-10am am Sunday, March 15th. Please arrive in this time window for our staff to be able to support you and to give yourself a few moments to ground and settle in before our opening circle ceremony begins.
ACTIVITIES

Throughout this one day immersion, we journey together through practices that honor the quiet power of late winter and the deep wisdom held within our hones. Our day begins with grounding and an opening ceremony that guides us into the mythic underworld-a symbolic descent into the inner landscape where stories, strength and ancestral memory reside. From there. we explore partner reflection and lineage story work, nourishing lunch, hands on folk medicine teachings, earth rooted somatic movement, and a community song and drum circle. Each offering is designed to nurture your body, enliven your spirit and reconnect you with the unseen currents that hold and sustain you. We close the day with a ceremonial ascent, rising back through the threshold with clarity, warmth and renewed vitality.
FOOD & DRINK

All meals and snacks will be provided throughout the weekend from Lucky Star Catering. Sourced as locally as possible, meals will be organic and use the freshest and best quality ingredients. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in your registration form, or email us at medicinewomynvt@gmail.com and we will make sure to accommodate your needs, having you well nourished throughout your stay.
