Return & Exchange Policies
At Medicine Womyn Healing & Apothecary, every offering is handcrafted with intention, using organic and wildcrafted ingredients. Each item is made in small batches with care, prayer, and purpose to support your well-being.
Because of the nature of our apothecary creations, we do not accept returns on herbal remedies, body care products, or aromatherapy blends unless an item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description, and we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
Workshops, Retreats & Sessions:
Deposits for retreats and events are non-refundable. If you need to cancel a session or consult, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a fee or forfeiture.
Heartfelt Exchanges:
We value your experience. If something doesn’t resonate or meet your needs, please reach out. We’re happy to discuss custom adjustments, exchanges when possible, or ways we can support you better.
