Natural Building Intensive: Wood-Fired Sauna Build
Hosted in the heart of South Burlington, VT. Late August 2025
Come gather on the land for a hands-on immersion into the art of natural building. Together, we will co-create a wood-fired sauna using traditional and regenerative techniques—rammed earth walls, a living green roof, and plenty of embodied learning.
Led by Brenden McBrier of RegenerativeRetrofits.design, this offering is for anyone who wants to deepen their connection to the Earth through building, sweat, story, and skill-sharing. Whether you're new to natural construction or looking to refine your craft, there’s a place for you.

Each Aromatic Scent Journey begins with a grounding check-in and a basic wellness consultation to clarify your intentions and goals. From there, we embark on a sacred scent experience—intuitively exploring a curated selection of pure essential oils. Together, we co-create a personalized aromatic blend that reflects your essence and supports your well-being.
No two journeys—or blends—are ever the same. Each one is a unique, alchemical experience.
These journeys are especially beautiful for marking a meaningful chapter, transition, or occasion in your life—a birthday, rite of passage, new beginning, or time of healing.

This is a community call-to-action—a day of service, celebration, and connection with the land. We’ll be building:

What is Synergy?
Synergy is a cosmic, co-ed gathering and heart-centered micro-retreat devoted to connection, presence, and remembering.
It is a sacred yet playful space where kindred souls come together to tend the heart, honor both the individual and the collective, and explore the subtle threads between the seen and unseen.
Through circle, ceremony, and shared experience, Synergy invites you to slow down, arrive as you are, and open to what wants to be felt, witnessed, and woven. Many leave feeling nourished, inspired, and gently realigned with their own inner magic.
✨ What to Expect?
Rather than a rigid schedule, we tend a living container. One that listens. One that allows the afternoon to unfold intuitively, guided by both individual experience and the collective field.
You may be invited to:
• Gather in opening and closing circles, establishing intention, reverence, and reflection
• Be guided through gentle embodiment practices—breath, subtle movement, sound, and inward journeying
• Experience plant medicines offered to taste, smell, and receive, alongside shared wisdom of the plants
• Participate in a ceremonial cacao offering, prepared and shared with intention
• Drop into heart-centered reflection and small-group heart shares
• Rest in moments of stillness, presence, and quiet connection
Synergy is rooted, embodied, and open to mystery. Nothing is forced. Nothing is performative. The magic arises naturally through presence, ritual, and shared humanity.
